The NCR RealPOS 7197 enterprise performance thermal receipt printer is commonly used across all retail environments. The 7197 receipt printer uses advanced thermal printing technology to deliver exceptional print performance, high resolution and two-color printing options. When combined with NCR’s Lean Receipt Utility the 7197 receipt printer not only delivers high speed, high performance printing but also reduces paper usage and manages power.
As is the case with all NCR retail harware, RealPoS 7197 is retail hardened – in other words it is tested in approved laboratories to ensure that it is suitable for the rigors commonly encountered in retail environments. Many other PoS Receipt Printers are not subjected to the same testing, so they are not as reliable as NCR PoS hardware and frequently fail at an early stage of their life cycle.
