Morphic is a fast, wireless data collection terminal of a new kind that also offers voice communication. The device has a user friendly operating logic and its compact size makes it easy to use with one hand.

Nordic ID Morphic makes data collecting easier than ever and removes the need for users to carry several devices at the same time. It is more compact but yet more powerful than its predecessors. Shaped to fit, Morphic is first and foremost a working tool, which is why it has been designed to be small enough to fit comfortably in the hand. It will win favour with users across a range of industries and will prove rugged enough to withstand working conditions whatever the application environment. Shaped like a mobile phone it is easy to use with one hand and its operating logic is very straightforward.

Nordic ID Morphic can be used with existing Nordic ID wireless data collection systems. Whether our clients still use barcodes but are possibly considering other alternatives, this product’s backwards compatibility means a neat fit with existing systems and an upgrade to, for example, RFID with little further investment.


		PiccoLink RF601
	PiccoLink ® RF601 is a wireless data collection terminal, which extends the company data system right to where it is needed: reception of goods, warehouse, shop floor and customer service, etc. PiccoLink ® RF601 can be used in numerous ways. It scans the barcode or the RFID tag and displays the product price, delivery time or any other required piece of information. In an inventory the number of items can be entered directly to the stock accounting via PiccoLink ® RF601. PiccoLink ® RF601 is a part of a unique wireless data collection system. The system consists of radio handsets which are used to communicate with the host system via base stations using an efficient communication protocol. The host system can be just a PC or a more complex computer system. The communication is done via a base station (or several base stations), which can be connected to the host system using an RS232 serial interface or to a LAN using an Ethernet-Serial converter. The application software is run on the host system. This eliminates the need to program the handheld units. It also makes software development and updating extremely easy. Application software running on the host is extremely flexible. What is more, the communication is rapid because it's real time! The radio network required for the data transmission is easy to construct using powerful base stations. The number of available channels is 7 and one base station can support several users simultaneously. Base stations can be connected to the network through workstations or by means of an Ethernet network adapter. PiccoLink ® RF601 features a large and clear display with an illuminated screen which is easy to read even in poor conditions. Robust buttons are made of wear-resistant rubber silicone. PiccoLink ® RF601 is a tool designed to fit into your palm. It is also made to last. In the conducted drop-tests it could take a fall from one metre on to a hard concrete floor with flying colours. The operating temperature is between –20 and +55 C.

You can use WLAN or Bluetooth in local networks and GPRS or GSM for remote use. There are also numerous data collection and identification technologies to choose such as RFID, 1D (usual barcode) and 2D codes and even biometrics.
